Network Rail Shoring Works
The Parish Council is communicating closely with Network Rail about the increase in traffic in the area of Church Lane, and has raised concerns about the volume of traffic as well as reported issues of vehicles driving too fast and mounting the pavement.
Network Rail are considering alternative routes and have provided some additonal dates for the phase 1 works. Up to 8 August, lorry deliveries are scheduled every 10 minutes during an 8-hour working day.
There will be no lorry deliveries between 10 August and the 16 August. The phase 1 deliveries will be completed by the 8 August, and further information will be posted when phase 2 works begin and the deliveries recommence.

- 21 January, 04:00 to 25 January, 06:00
- 4 February, 04:00 to 8 February, 06:00
- 15 April, 04:00 to 19 April, 06:00
Rainham Level Crossing Full Road Closure
- 17 October, 20:00 to 19 October, 05:00
- 23 January, 20:00 to 25 January, 05:00
- 6 February, 20:00 to 8 February, 05:00
Information about road closures will be posted on the 'News' section of the Parish Council website as soon as updates about the sections to be closed and any diversion routes have been received.
