Telford and Wrekin have launched a new Live Well Community Hub at Teldoc – Malinslee Health Centre, opening from 1 September 2026. This marks an exciting milestone as it will be the first Live Well Community Hub based within a GP practice, helping to bring advice, support and wellbeing services even closer to residents.

The new hub will provide a welcoming space where people can drop in and speak with friendly local organisations offering free information, advice and support on a range of issues including health and wellbeing, social support and care, family support, money and housing, and help with using your phone, tablet and laptops.

By locating the hub within a trusted healthcare setting, we hope to make it even easier for residents to access the right support at the right time, helping them to improve their health, wellbeing and independence through early intervention and local connections.

The hub will operate at: Teldoc – Malinslee Health Centre, TF3 2BF

  • 1st Tuesday of each month, 9.30-11.30am
  • 4th Tuesday of each month, 1.30-3.30pm

Whether you're looking for support for yourself, a family member, or simply want to find out what services are available in your local area, drop in for a chat, everyone is welcome.
