NEW MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY

Due to family commitments Carol Savage has decided to stand down as Membership Secretary (but she has no intention of leaving the club). We clearly cannot hold an AGM until lockdown is over so, at the meeting of the Steering Group on 06 January, it was agreed to co-opt Yvonne Anderson-Foss onto the Committee as Membership Secretary, as we have to return affiliations (fees and names/gender of all bowling members) to the Gloucestershire Bowls Association before 1st May. The Membership Secretary post, along with other vacant posts, will be advertised to members with elections to be held at an AGM as soon as that is possible.
