UPDATE - 12 February 2024
All Royale sites have now been sold to Ambassador Regency Group.

What this means for residents

Following the sale of the parks, the administrators role will come to an end. The Administrators will be expected to transfer the site licence to the new owner to enable them to start managing the site. The new owner must also apply to the local authority for themselves or the person appointed to manage the site, to be assessed as fit and proper. The site owner also has an obligation to notify residents and any Qualifying Residents’ Association of their address in England at which residents can serve a notice on the site owner.

Residents will not require a new written agreement from the site owner and their rights and obligations will remain unchanged. The residents association will look to meet the new owners at the earlierst opportunity and we look forward to working with them to try and bring about improvements.
