Thank you to all budding artists who entered the Ashendon Parish Council logo competition. Entries were judged at the Annual Village Meeting by means of a vote for the favourite design by all Parishioners present and two winners announced – Amelia Curtis (banner design) and Emma DeBanks (logo design). The new logo which incorporates both designs of an Ash leaf and Ashendon farm animals will appear on the new Parish Council website, to be launched in August. As well as the pride in being part of this important community facility, Amelia and Emma will be presented with a display replica of their design. Councillors are delighted with the new Parish Council logo and said that it was very very special to and for Ashendon.
