New Planning Applications
Your Parish Council will be holding its regular monthly meeting next Monday, 19th February, starting at 7.30 at the Chearsley Cricket Club pavilion.
Within the agenda, the Council will be discussing a number of recently submitted planning applications. The full agenda will be published shortly. In particular, there are two large planning applications on which the Parish Council will need to agree its position at this meeting, namely:
2-4 Winchendon Road (Ref:16/03565/APP – CHEARSLEY)
“Demolition of existing dwellings and residential redevelopment to create 2 x 2 beds, 2 x 3 beds and 1 x 4 bed dwellings and revised access.” Comments requested by 6th March 2018
Land South-West of Chilton Road (18/00308/APP – CHEARSLEY)
“Erection of 9 residential dwellings (Use Class C3) and creation of a new access off Chilton Road, including parking and garaging, landscaping and all enabling and ancillary works.”
Comments requested by 28th February
