We are very happy to welcome Emma from The Health Studio who will be bringing a number of new women's exercise sessions to the centre. Emma is highly experienced in teaching a range of sessions, helping you to improve your fitness in a fun and social way.

Sessions are as follows:

Wednesdays: 12pm - 1pm - Step & Abs

Fridays: 12.30pm - 1.30pm - Step & Body Conditioning

Sundays: 9.30am - 10.30am - Step & Body Conditioning

Sundays: 10.40am - 11.30am - Fat Burner Workout
