Our season began in April with our Play Bowls Day which encourages non playing members of the public to come and have a go, with follow up coaching days during May. This was very successful leading to several new members joining our club.

Our playing season started with friendly in house competitions, firstly between our two league teams of Greenside v Woodside, with Woodside being victorious, followed by the Captain v President teams, with the Captain being victorious this year.

Our league season has started slowly, with weather disruption leading to games being cancelled.
