3. Public Participation: Fifteen minutes maximum is allowed for any questions from the public.
Councillors should not make immediate decisions on comments and representations made by the public, but they can be considered when the council formally considers that item of business, debates the matter and then makes a decision on that matter. No discussion shall take place on any question put or comment made. Where practical, the Chair may respond to the question or indicate that a written response will be made and considered at a later meeting, or at the meeting of a particular committee, as the Members may not have all the relevant information to make a valid decision.

- Ludford House – Comments have been added to the Planning portal 25/03555/FUL and 25/03556/LBC as the Council meeting was after the close of the consultation. LPC supports the application but has raised enquiries
- Bockleton Cottage – to be discussed 25/03720/FUL
- Solar Farm Rocks Green – to be discussed 25/04189/AMP
