The NHS is asking for help to support people with non life-threatening health needs by quickly finding the most appropriate service.

NHS 111 is designed to do this. Through the Directory of Service, NHS 111 can direct people wherever you are in the country.

Last year, the NHS timeslots were launched with urgent and emergency care services, to help keep people safe, but now you can book a timeslot through the NHS 111 website or on the phone. By encouraging the use of this service, you will help colleagues to treat the most appropriate patients and reduce long waiting times in queues.
