Northumbrian Water Community Engagement Event 4th August
Northumbrian Water is holding a Community Engagement Event on 4th August from 5-7pm at Barrasford Village Hall.
The event is intended to explain and answer questions and concerns about the proposed major programme of works to the Gunnerton Water Treatment Works.

Northumbrian Water is progressing a major investment programme at Gunnerton Water Treatment Works, near Hexham, to improve the resilience, quality and security of drinking water supplies for local communities. The project will replace ageing infrastructure and
provide modern treatment facilities to support future operational and regulatory requirements.
The works will help strengthen the treatment process and site infrastructure, supporting reliable, high-quality drinking water services for customers in Gunnerton, Hexham, the Tyne Valley and surrounding communities.
