Annual General Meeting 2018 Iss4

Thursday 13th September at 6:00 pm in the Clubhouse.

The AGM is open to all Club members. The Agenda is

  1. Points of Order (see below)
  2. Chairman’s introduction
  3. Presentation of accounts October 2016 to March 2018
  4. Income and expenditure April 2018 to present
  5. Captains’ Reports
  6. Proposal and voting to accept an amended constitution
  7. Election of officers
  8. Appointment of other Club positions.
  9. Fixing membership / rink fees for 2019.
  10. Questions to the Chair

Points of order must be raised with the Club Secretary at least 24 hours before the meeting. Copies of any documentation are available on request. This notice is displayed on the Club website
