The citizenAID app is a free, trusted tool that empowers you to take safe, effective action in the moments before emergency services arrive.

Whether it’s helping someone with a serious injury, knowing how to stay safe, or communicating clearly with emergency services, the citizenAID app gives you the tools to act with confidence.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Control life-threatening bleeding using everyday items
  • Prioritise casualties if several people have been injured
  • Stay safe while helping others
  • Communicate clearly with 999 using clear and calm information

We encourage everyone to download the app. It’s simple, practical, and designed for real situations.
