Out meeting with administrators

Hi All,

Just a quick heads up about our plans for next week.

I will be speaking to the administrator on Wednesday and the areas for discussion are as follows:-

1. The Gas Changeover project
2. Planning Application
3. Tribunal cases
4. Security

We are planning to have a committee meeting on Thursday evening in the hall for me to feedback.

You are welcome to observe but this is not a general meeting so participation will only be for committee members.

On the Friday we are looking to get a news release out including a paper copy for those that have requested them.

You may also receive next week a letter from the administrator introducing themselves. For most of us it is business as usual so if you have any concerns about your plot please continue to contact the office.

Finally, we have received a number of contacts regarding the gas changeover and in particular the retention of tanks. It appears Calor are giving out some conflicting advice. We will take the matter up with the office on Monday and with the administrator to get a definitive response on this matter, which will be contained in the news release.
