Parish Council Responds to Trenport Application

At the March meeting (10th March 2022), The Parish Council unanimously supported a detailed objection to the Trenport Planning application (MC/22/0254 Land East and West of Church Street Cliffe). Although the application is only for the proposed accesses in Church Street, Cooling Road and access to a relocated sports area, these are not suitable and the reasons are spelt out. Comments are also made to layout issues, should the application proceed further and the information that the Parish Council (and most residents) will want to see provided and considered before a decision is made either way (even if refused, the detail will be required should the applicant appeal against the decision!).
