Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14 (2)


Kent County Council gives notice that Penfold Hill, Leeds will be closed to through traffic, on 24th September 2020 for up to 7 days.
The road will be closed at Ash Cottage.


The alternative route is via A20 Ashford Road, Willington Street, A274 Sutton Road, B2163 Leeds Road, Upper Street, Lower Street, onto Penfold Hill, and vice versa.


This closure is necessary to enable water mains repairs to be carried out by South East Water.


This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 21 days.
