We called the tribunal office and they confirmed that Royale had issued a claim for them to determine our pitch fee.

The tribunal staff said there are huge delays in the system and they are processing applications about 3 months behind.

When they eventually process all ours, those of you who didn't get the increase will get letters from the tribunal. At that time we will advise how to fill them in (basicaly you'll need to tick a box to say you authorise the residents association to deal with it for you). If you get your form in the post please message us rather than call round.

We are currently preparing our evidence bundle to prove deteriation and loss of amenities within the rellevent period. It's important to understand we can't just say, for example, the roads are in a shocking state. The tribunal won't consider that. They can only consider the level of deteriation in the one year period so we've gathered lots of timestamped video and photo evidence over the period.

As a further reminder, the tribunal could decide they don't like our case and that would mean the increase would become due (backdated to April). It would be prudent to save this money just in case.
