The Parish Council has been notified by the Case Officer for Planning Application 23/00375/APP that it has been decided that the application will not be discussed at committee and will instead be dealt with under delegated authority.

The recommendation is one of approval. It was felt that the objections raised were not deemed of a significant enough weight for the application to be heard at planning committee. The reasons for call in have been explored fully within the officer report and are not considered to be matters that would be sustainable if challenged at appeal.
