The Parish Council would like to thank the vast majority of people who dispose of their dog's poo responsibly by bagging it and binning it in red or yellow bins. Unfortunately, there are a small number of people who do not pick it up, or for some reason, bag it and then tie it to a hedge!! As we understand it research suggests that worms and diseases from dog waste can infect people, other dogs, livestock and wildlife. It does also affect the work that farmers do when hedging and clearing ditches. It may also pollutes our water supplies.
Having a dog brings great rewards, but also great responsibility!
Please show consideration for all sections of the community by bagging it and binning it.

Thankyou
