Good luck one and all.

On the friendly front, Desborough welcomed Trentham to Green Lane for the second time this season and after a nervy afternoon scraped home by 4 shots, 89 – 85. The last time the teams met, Desborough won easily but the visitors vowed that it would be different next time and it that proved to be the case as the home side were only allowed to win 2 of the 5 rinks with one drawing, so it is great credit to a predominantly outdoor club to run us so close. We will be wary when they return next season!! Although the rinks skipped by David Perriman, who won and Glenn Whittaker drew, top rink honours went to Darren Bishop, Jenny Bosley and John Munnelly who won 23 – 12.
