Proposed Development on Sambourne Lane

We have been approached by Idafa Architects (based in Redditch) to consult on their proposed plans for a development of three houses in Sambourne. See attached pictures. We have put this on the agenda for the next parish council meeting on Tuesday 29th September.

We have allowed 5 minutes for Idafa to make a verbal presentation to councillors who will then comment or question as appropriate. The councillors will be representing the community so, If you wish to raise any issues, please email clerk@sambourne-pc.gov.uk by the end of Sunday 27th. I will then collate everything and pass on to the councillors.
