The Parish Council considered requests to reopen the public toilets at Westminster field & Heathside recreation ground at it's virtual meeting on Monday 1st June. After much discussion, it was agreed that risk assessment, insurance, staffing, Government and Public Health England safety guidelines should be thoroughly investigated in order for Council members to be able to make an informed decision to be able to reopen these facilities in a safe and responsible manner. To be reviewed on the 15th June
