This is a new initiative which is trying to bring women together, whatever their fitness levels, for some fun and health and well-being, we all know that moving more helps all areas of our lives, mentally and physically and the social interaction can be as important as the physical side.
The classes are fun and everyone works at their own pace and level. This is all about fun and moving!
