Despite the threat of rain stopping play, we enjoyed a pleasant afternoon with our guests from Rodbourne Cheney in Swindon. Unfortunately, we had to play witjh protective mats to protect the green after the recent rainy days. The visiting team was neatly kitted out in their club shirts as you can see in the photographs.

Tops marks for the catering today as we had enough to sink the proverbial ship. And thank you to Pete and Anna for their help.

The result is not important in our weekend friendly games, however for those who want to know, Malmesbury won by 86 to 62.

The Jellybeans for the worst rink were won by Ian, Pat, Aileen and Les.
