Rare Moth
The Fiery Clearwing moth, which is a nationally rare moth, has been discovered at the seawall area of the Brickfields, where it is laying its eggs amongst the plants. The Parish Council have asked the Environment Agency not to cut the vegetation along the seawall until September, when the breeding season for this very rare and protected moth is over.
