Ray Keen League Week 3

Our teams took part in four very close games, this Wednesday.

In the Northern Blue League, the Centurions won their Division 2 game 14-13 against the Olney Oddfellows. The Gladiators also won their Division 3 game 15-13 against the Wolverton Town Blues. Both of these games were won on the final end, with both of our teams picking up 2 shots to secure their victories

Unfortunately our teams in the Northern Red League could not replicate the last end heroics and sufferered close defeats. In Division 1, the Cohorts lost 20-18 to the Chandos Chokers. This game swung away from the Cohorts in the penultimate end when they lost 5 shots. It was a similar story in Division 5 where the Praetorians lost 14-13 to Bletchley St Martin Dynamo with a 3 shot loss in the penultimate end.
