Reading Room Bookings

Following the installation of the Audio Visual equipment and the potential to conduct what could be ‘licensable’ activities. Could I please ask that anyone making a booking of the Reading Room uses the new Booking Form which is available at the following link.

This will allow the committee to check where any additional licences are required to those currently held, and advise the hirer accordingly.

A revised Terms and Conditions of Hire is currently being produced and this will be made available once approved.
