Reminiscence Days - Shipton Needs A Pub campaign

As part of the Shipton Needs a Pub campaign, two Reminiscence Days were held in the village, and both proved to be deeply meaningful gatherings. The events brought together long-standing residents, newer arrivals, and families, who came together to share memories, photographs, and stories about life in Shipton Bellinger.

Many wonderful recollections of The Boot Inn surfaced during the sessions, ranging from celebrations held there to stories passed down through generations. The gatherings were more than just nostalgic occasions — they connected people across ages and backgrounds, serving as a reminder of how important shared history is in weaving the fabric of village life.
