Congratulations to Alix Rouse who has been selected to represent Essex in the White Rose Trophy, a National Under-25 Inter-County Single Rink competition, at Parkway Bowls Club, Peterborough on Sunday 16 June. The club also wishes Alix every success this weekend when he attends the Bowls England Youth Academy 2019. During the weekend, the players will participate in theoretical and practical sessions, all of which are designed to support them on their pathway towards future international recognition.

You can get to Abbey Lane either at the traffic lights on the high street or from going down Gibson Way and turning left at the end. You enter a single lane part of the road and once you have passed the King Edward Almshouses on your right you will see a car park, also on your right, and then the clubhouse.
