Residents’ Association Meeting

Thursday 2 March 2023 - 8pm in the club hall

We are calling a general meeting. Please try to attend as we need to meet a certain threshold in order for any votes to count. Things up for discussion include:-
Pitch Fees: to explain the process and options to challenge any increases from 1/4/23.
Polling Station: to discuss Royale’s decision to remove the club as a place to vote, what the residents’ association have done in response and get members' views.
Site Licence/Fit & Proper Person Test: Basildon Council have informed us they are carrying out a review/update of the site’s licence. Explain what this means for members.
Planning Application for 85 homes: update on progress.
