This year’s club finals have had to be spread over two weekends because several of our ladies have qualified for the National Finals at Leamington. Darren Jones has also reached an impressive five club finals, making it impossible to fit every match into the original weekend.

The revised schedule will therefore run across 22–23 August, Saturday 29 August and Bank Holiday Monday 31 August. The Mixed Pairs final will be arranged separately between the players.

Unfortunately, I will be away over the Bank Holiday weekend. We therefore need a volunteer to oversee the matches on Saturday 29 and Monday 31 August and arrange markers for the Ladies’ Four-Wood and Two-Wood singles finals.

It would also be great to see plenty of members at the club supporting our finalists. If you can help with overseeing the matches or marking one of the singles finals, please contact me as soon as possible.
