South East Water - Temporary Road Closure - Beckett Road, Brookland - 11th June 2024 (Folkestone and Hythe District)

Due to works planned to be undertaken by South East Water, it will be necessary to close part of Beckett Road, Brookland, from 11th June 2024 with estimated completion by 13th June 2024.

Beckett Road, Brookland, will be closed at the junction with A259 Rye Road, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via A259 Rye Road, A259 Brookland Bypass, A259 Straight Lane, B2080 Rhee Wall, B2080 Rhee Wall Road, B2080 Station Road, Beckett Road and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing water works to be carried out, works are undertaken by South East Water.
