Members of the Club, friends from Burniston Bowling Club and ladies from Robin Hoods Bay enjoyed a Safari Lunch which involved three sittings of 10. At Graham’s they enjoyed starters which included a choice of soup, Mesclun Salad with Parma Ham, Smoked Mackerel or Mushroom Pate. The main course was at Wendy’s featuring Braised Lamb, Roast Yorkshire Ham, Salmon en-croute or spiced baked Aubergine. Desserts, organised by Bill, were at the Clubhouse. An entertaining quiz and Dingbats run by Pauline T stimulated the braincells after an excellent lunch. The event was enjoyed by all and raised over £400 for Club funds. Thanks to Wendy for masterminding the occasion and all those who helped out on the day.
