LAND AT SATCHELL LANE
In December 2018 the Planning Inspector overturned Eastleigh Borough Council's (EBC) decision to refuse planning permission for 70 homes on Satchell Lane (by way of an appeal by the developers). EBC sought a judicial review of the Planning Inspector’s decision, but this has been dismissed.
