Following the 4-4 outcome against Seamer the team were in excellent form on Monday against Burniston & Cloughton. In a hard fought game, which the scores of 18 - 17, 19 - 18, and 20 - 17, reflect, saw South Cliff wining by 8 points to nil.

This has resulted in the team consolidating its position at the top of the League. With 2 home fixtures remaining - a maximum of 16 points available the team has an unassailable lead of 18 points - having won 8 (six by a maximum 8-0) drawn 3 and lost just 1.
