Book of Condolence

From 10am this morning, Sevenoaks District Council opened the Book of Condolence for the District. The Book of Condolence will be available in the Conference Room in the Council Offices (Argyle Road, Sevenoaks) each Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The date at which the Book of Condolence will close is still to be confirmed. Once closed the Book of Condolence will be retained in the Kent Archives.

Floral Tributes

Floral tributes can be left at the Sevenoaks War Memorial, on Sevenoaks Vine (15 Pound Lane, Sevenoaks TN13 3TB). SDC is politely asking that packaging is removed from any tributes to ensure that once removed, they can be respectfully removed and composted.

Floral tributes may also be left at the Dunton Green' flag pole (Village Green, London Road) and the Parish Council similarly politely requests that packaging is removed from any tributes for the same reasons.

Follow London Road north and at the mini roundabout (junction with Station Road) go straight over. Village green to your left (noticeboard, flagpole, timber bus shelter) and shops to the right. Continue over bridge, Dunton Green Primary School and The Duke’s Head on your right. Immediately after the pub is the entrance to Glyn Davies Close but turn right just after this into the service road to the recreation ground car park (just before the terrace starts).
