Don't forget to book a slot for this Thursday's 'pop-up' session taking place at the Jubilee Hall if you would like to talk to one of the planning policy team about Sevenoaks District Council's Local Plan. The plan will guide how new developments are developed between 2027 and 2042.It will include potential development sites, proposed by landowners, to meet the Government’s significantly increased local housing target of 17,175 new homes.
