Shipley Parish Council Neighbourhood Plan Working Group Shipley Parish Council is looking for local residents to join a new community working group that will help shape the future of our parish through the preparation of a Joint Neighbourhood Plan with Southwater Parish Council. The Neighbourhood Plan will help guide future decisions on matters such as housing, infrastructure, the environment, transport, landscape, design and the protection of the unique character of our parish. No planning experience is required. We are simply looking for people who care about Shipley and would like to contribute their ideas, local knowledge and experience. Ideally, we would like representation from all four corners of the parish, including Shipley Village, Coolham, Brooks Green and Dragon's Green, to ensure that the views and priorities of the whole parish are properly represented. Whether you are a resident, business owner, community volunteer or simply someone with an interest in the future of our area, we would be delighted to hear from you. To express an interest or find out more, please contact Matthew Payne, Chairman of Shipley Parish Council @ matthew.payne@shipley-pc.gov.uk.
