Site management have told us the grounds staff will be getting new equipment tomorrow, so they will be fully equipped to start getting on top of trimming the hedges, cutting grass etc.

The office also hopes to have a new Park Supervisor in place very soon. They have had lots of promising candidates and a decision will be made ASAP.

On another matter, the site currently delivers gas bottles three days a week. However, in the summer when usage is right down, they don't get many orders. The office has proposed to cut down deliveries to two days a week for a temporary period (July/August) so that the grounds staff can have three whole days a week to totally blitz the site and get it back up to scratch. This also includes removing all the Royale sales banners and signage.

The residents association believes this is a good idea and fully supports the office in measures that can get the site looking tidy for summer.

We asked that removing the banners along the hedges as you come on to site a priority and they have agreed to take these down ASAP (hopefully next week).

Onwards and upwards.
