Skittles v Godalming Operatic Society

Once again our friends from Godalmning Operatic Society came for a fun night of skittles. As part of the night they gave us a rendition of their latest performance. This year it is Gilbert & Sullivan's Patience. They will be performing this 14-17th February in Godalming and 22-24th February in Leatherhead.

We had a fun evening, breaking after the first round of skittles to hear the rendition. When an encore was called for they treated us to a favourite from the Pirates of Penzance, Then supper, delicious fish & chips for all, setting us up for the completion of the skittles match with enough time to play a game of killer. As ever the bar was busy and nobody went thirsty thanks to the efforts of John and Ray. The score not relevant, but we are a bowling club if it were a singing night it would be reversed!

With chocolatey prizes all left happy. We look forward to seeing our singing friends again soon.
