Just to be clear - The properties are due for completion at the end of the year, and are NOT being marketed yet. They want to give people time to look into the shared ownership scheme to see if they are eligible. Information on shared Ownership can be found at http://www.moathomes.co.uk/sharedownership. The properties will be marketed on the Help to Buy site http://helptobuyagent3.org.uk and also on Moat Housing’s own site http://www.moathomes.co.uk/ Anyone who is interested MUST register on the Help to Buy site but it is suggested you register on both.
