The management committee of the club have called for a Special General Meeting of the club as permitted in the club by-laws. The provisional date of the meeting is the evening of Friday 17th February 2017 (7.00pm) and will be held at the club pavilion. Papers and agenda will be sent out with the required notices by Tim Morgan the club secretary by email or post in January once the date has been confirmed. All members are encouraged to attend to discuss important matters pertaining to the club and our future - proposals will include changes to the club by-laws, and committee structure, club playing shirts and dress standards for the new season, and news of important sponsorship and partnership arrangements that will affect the club.
