We had a report from a few people that the grounds staff were seen driving their gator the wrong way up a one-way street.

We're pretty sure this was a mistake - perhaps by one of the new team members who hasn't got the hang of our unusual roads yet. However, we had a chat with Lisa and she's reminded the team to be a bit more careful, so this should be nipped in the bud now.

However, we do still have an issue with residents, guests and couriers. I explained to Lisa that this has been a long-standing problem at Dunton and since then she has tried to address this herself by actively flagging down vehicles going too fast. But she needs our help too, otherwise it's an accident waiting to happen.

Please can we all remind our visitors that there is a 10mph speed limit on site and that it's a maximum, not a target.

Thank you.
