ICG has appointed an Administrator after a winding-up petition was issued in respect of three companies by an undisclosed third-party creditor. All other 200+ legal entities that comprise the RoyaleGroup remain unaffected, and business is operating as usual. Robert Bull, Founder and Executive Chairman of RoyaleGroup, said: “While I am unable to elaborate too much for legal reasons, it’s fair to say I was extremely disappointed to hear of the winding-up order, which was based on unfounded information. In the meantime, I want to reassure our funders, suppliers, and employees that it is very much business as usual.” Mr. Bull went on to say “I especially want to assure our Residents and Holiday Homeowners that this is an isolated, one-off incident with steps taken to protect you, your investment, and your lifestyle. The controls now in place safeguard the 3 entities.
