Street lights, potholes and bins

Have you noticed a street light which is out or spotted a pothole along a road? If so, there are online report forms available so that you can tell Cheshire East Council about things that concern you:

• report street cleaning and litter problems

• report a faulty street light

• report a grounds maintenance issue

• report a highways problem

• report a missed bin or request a new bin

If you have any general enquiries you can contact Cheshire East Council either using the contact us form, by telephone on 0300 123 5500, or in person at the Macclesfield Customer Service Centre at Macclesfield Town Hall (normal opening hours: 08:45 - 17:00 Monday to Friday). You can also contact Cheshire East Council by post by sending a letter to Cheshire East Council, c/o Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe, CW1 2BJ.
