Subsidy scheme announced for users of the Institute

Special Subsidy Scheme for North Crawley residents!!

The Parish Council is delighted to announce a subsidy scheme for events organised in the Institute for residents of our community. We will subsidise hire charges by up to 100% and there will be no deposit to pay (although you will be responsible for any damage or additional cleaning needed).

The subsidy applies to one off events such as Fairs, Fetes and jumble sales and to regular meetings of groups and activities. The important thing is that any subsidised event or meeting must be open to anyone in the community to attend (and be advertised as such).

Simply ask for a quote from the IMC as you usually would and then send an email (along with the quote) to clerk@northcrawley-pc.gov.uk explaining what the event or meeting is for and we will confirm to both you and the Institute the level of subsidy available along with the Terms and Conditions of the subsidy.

So, come on the School, the Church and all the other brilliant organisations in the Parish - the more functions that are held then the more money you save and the more the community benefits!!

Naturally all bookings will be subject to Government regulations and restrictions that may apply.
