Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, the aim of 'Kent Resilience Hub' is to support young people's mental health and wellbeing. For more information please go to their website: http://www.kentresiliencehub.org.uk
They also hope to share with parents the resources that are available to them to help them support their children as well as look after their own emotional wellbeing.
