Swindon Town Gardens welcomed Malmesbury on Saturday 10 July for an enjoyable afternoon of bowls. It is important to keep these friendly matches going as they give opportunities for everyone to play, especially as we emerge slowly from the COVID pandemic. No one's car was ticketed by the traffic wardens which made a nice change. The games were triples with a break after 9 ends for tea and biscuits and a chat with the friendly opposition.

The scores on the doors were:

  • Rob 8-15
  • Roger 9-25
  • Bob 18-11

There are limited car parking spaces at the club. If possible, please park in Cross Hayes. It is a short walk from Cross Hayes, down Silver Street, to the club house.
