TEA DUTY AND HUT DUTY ROTAS:

Please be advised that the first Tea Duty and Hut Duty Rotas went up in the Clubhouse yesterday.

The first Tea Duty is on Thursday 28th April, whilst the first Hut Duty is on Sunday 1st May.

To help you, I have attached copies of each Rota. They show the dates covered so far, and who has been assigned to what duty.

Please note however, it is the responsibility of each Member to check these Rotas at the Clubhouse personally, and tick your name off to indicate that you are able to attend.

If you can’t cover your Duty for any reason, then please find a fellow Member to swap with.

Brenda Stewart and Babs Hall can be contacted about the Rotas if necessary. Their numbers can be found in our Handbooks, or listed at the bottom of the Hut Duty Rota.

We all benefit from lovely facilities, and as such, we need to help maintain them. Likewise, we enjoy the Refreshments provided for us when playing on Match Days. It’s only fair that we take turns in helping out with this.
