Temporary Road Closure – Seaway Road, St Mary’s Bay, Dymchurch – 10-14 May 2021

It will be necessary to close part of Seaway Road, St Mary’s Bay, near Dymchurch, currently planned from Monday 10 May 2021 with estimated completion by 14 May 2021.

Seaway Road will be closed in the general vicinity of the junction with A259 Dymchurch Road, to the actual extent shown on site.

The alternative route for through traffic is via A259 Dymchurch Road, Jefferstone Lane and Seaway Crescent.

Access to the remainder of Seaway Road continues via the above diversion.

The closure is to enable SGN Gas to carry out works to provide a new gas supply.

Due to the nature of the works, it will not be possible to re-open the road outside the working hours.

The planned dates and duration may change for various reasons including the current coronavirus situation and adverse weather conditions, with any changes signposted on site and notified locally.
